Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Pinwheel Swirl Folded Fabric No Sew Quilted Ornament must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of the Pinwheel Swirl Folded Fabric No Sew Quilted Ornament, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • The ornament has been used or damaged after delivery.
  • The item is not in its original packaging or has missing components.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • The ornament shows signs of minor use or damage not caused by our error.
  • The return is requested after the 30-day window but within a reasonable period.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace the Pinwheel Swirl Folded Fabric No Sew Quilted Ornament if it is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at and mail your item to: .

Gifts

If the ornament was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the ornament wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
